"Our technician was Don. He was very friendly and professional. Our furnace would turn on and then shut off. Don explained the issue and fixed the problem. This is the first time we have used Quality West and we are very happy with service and prices. We signed up for their yearly maintenance plan."

"Jason and Dillon responded to my request very quickly. After figuring out that my AC unit was not worth repairing, we decided to put in a new one. They were able to get it done that same day, which was a huge relief. Both guys were great to work with, very respectful and responsive. Would highly recommend."

"My central air system was failing to turn on at the beginning of summer. my first estimate stated that I had needed a new furnace @ cost 💲 6500+ . Luckily I was able to find Matt on Angi’s list. He was available the following morning . His recommendations were back to basics - cleaning of the furnace and AC unit , and a few simple repairs to both the AC and furnace - $850 later my AC unit is back to functioning normally! Matt was very knowledgeable , honest and provided excellent communication on what his findings were so I knew exactly what the game plan was. I really appreciate his straight forward, honest approach and would highly recommend him to anyone ! Thank you Matt !!"
