We have a couple of different areas Heart helped with, and so this review focuses on the HVAC work we needed, beginning with replacing our rooftop package unit. Every single person is phenomenal to work with, and very knowledgeable; starting from Mike setting up the appointment, Roberto coming out for the diagnostic, and then the multiple teams with Cody, Blake, Steven, Collin, and Cory working to get our unit replaced! I know it was much more involved than initially thought, and these guys were here doing all that they could to get our heat up and running again! They offered us heaters to keep us comfortable, and communicating and explaining what was going on every step of the way! We had an issue with the filter, and so Steven, Collin, and later Cody, came back a different day to create larger return vents for us to be able to replace air filters inside our home. They helped us so much, and removed shelving that was in the way too! We also needed our electrical panel upgraded, and so Cory will be helping us with that (thank you Cassandra for getting that reschedule). Heart also was able to have all of what we needed financed under one bill, which was a huge help! I cannot imagine going through the HVAC and electrical replacement with anyone else; these guys made it easy on me and kept my stress level down. My only regret is not having found them sooner back when we needed our water heater replaced. We will definitely keep Heart for any future issues we have, and keep with the membership program to have areas checked out regularly. "I had an issue with my water heater pilot light not starting after city utility workers replaced our gas line to the house. I talked with no less than seven plumbers to come out and look at the issue. Because our water heater was fifteen years old, they could not simply replace the pilot assembly. I talked with all these plumbers, and after many discussions, I decided to replace the water heater. Cole came in at the lowest price, and he was able to complete the job quickly, and I was up and running with hot water three hours after he arrived. His price was by far the lowest, even more than half the price of most of the bids. I would recommend him everyday."

He repaired it on the spot even though here for water heater. Caring for our safety as a family. Handled permit as I requested. Schedule inspect with County. Todd was the Best. He explained in detail how the project would be competed as well as a time line. He not only finished sooner than expected but did a phenomenal job, he left the work area cleaner than what I had it. "Our hot water heater went out recently. It was 12 years old, so we knew we needed a new one. It took quite a bit of research to find a reputable company that didn’t have exorbitant prices. Other businesses told us things like: we needed all new pipes. (We didn’t.) A new hot water heater would be $3,000 to $5,000 plus labor on the of that. ( way overpriced), etc. Finally, we found an excellent smaller local company. We went with Pure Water Services in Loveland. They’re honest, reasonably priced, and absolute pros. They were able to get us scheduled for a new hot water heater within days . Their master plumber Patrick was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. Patrick is an impressive and experienced plumber. Alexander keeps in touch daily with every step of your project repair. I was impressed with how kind, and professional he is to customers. We are so thankful to have hot water again. They stand by their work. My husband and I highly recommend them!"

"It was ok.  They were professional and knowledgeable.  They told us there was some rust on the unit and that we should just replace it.  He  showed me and explained everything thoroughly.  We went ahead and replaced it.  He recommended a unit that would reduce energy.  Our energy bill was cut in half.  They helped us get it financing through GE.  I have recommended them to them other people."
