"Dennis simply got the job done right, and at a fair price. He responded quickly (within 45 minutes of my request) on HomeAdvisor and was willing to meet me within an hour. He troubleshot the leak I had on my main water line tower, and determined he could not get the replacement part (back-flow preventer) till after Labor Day. I don't like leaving jobs undone, so I suggested we get the part at Lowe's or Home Depot. He not only agreed, but was willing to drive with me. I was lucky to have an opportunity to get to know him on a personal level, and he is someone you can trust to fix your plumbing problem properly and to charge you fairly for his time. I put his knowledge of water chemistry to the test, and he knows that part of the job as well. At the end of the repair, he even tested and adjusted the water pressure. "I had a horrible experience with the contractor that remodeled my bathroom. I hired Pete to fix the issues. Pete took the time to detect the things that needed to be fix. The shower pan was leaking and the shower tile was installed incorrectly. Pete took all of the floor and part of the wall tiles. He fixed my shower pan and installed correctly new tile. He was very professional, respectful, hard working, always on time, showed me the whole process.I will definitely, hire him again for future floor installation projects. Also, he has fair prices!"

We also needed additional repairs to our client's commercial building and Best Construction was able to deliver. They installed FRP in the restroom, new laminate in the showroom, plumbing work, ceiling tile replacement, paint and drywall work. This was also completed on time and made our client extremely happy. "The installer did a really good job. Couple of my complaints are with the Sales person setting the right expectations and the overall project management experience. Initially the Sales person said that the county permitting process will be taken care of by them. However, later the project manager said it is all on my own and I ended up doing all of that. The project also had a few scheduling, licensed plumber related and measurement related issues. Overall satisfied with the installation but sales and project management experience can be better."
