"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

The installer Joe arrived right on time, worked all day, clearly explained our new thermostat, and left the work area cleaner than he found it. He also patiently answered my questions about maintenance. We're still waiting to complete the permit and MERS inspection but overall we've had a great experience."
