"Very professional , with high quality work. The company has extremely high integrity and transparency on parts. I would highly recommend to anyone needing refrigerator repair work."

"Zach did a great job repairing my Samsung washer that was out of warranty. The problem turned out to be more complicated than we anticipated but he kept working at the problem (which turned out to be electrical) and we got our washer back! Will definitely hire ZR Masters again if needed. Repair cost was reasonable."

"We needed someone to fix our Samsung dryer. Ivan responded immediately. The weather on the day we called was bad, it was raining. We expected he would service us the next day. Surprisingly, he came same day we called and repaired our dryer! Certainly recommend him to others."

"Repair person came to evaluate the problem. Very knowledgable and honest. Stated the repair would be more than a new machine."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"It was great working with LimeBricks. My washer was stopping and giving UB error. Got next day appointment, and fixed within 2 days. Responsive and honest with reasonable pricing. My go to team for appliance repairs now."

"Diagnosed was not a repair of the dryer itself, but company does not provide dryer vent cleaning service so had to pay service fee and then hire a different vendor for the vent cleaning."

"Had been having issues with my refrigerator not staying cold. Used a different repairman the first time, and regretted it soon after when the same issue happened again. I called GVC and made an appointment with Gus. I loved that he showed up when he said he would(which isn't always the case.) The issue was diagnosed within minutes of arrival, and we set a timeline for the repair. Gus followed through on the repairs, and now our refrigerator is back to normal. Kudos to Gus for being punctual, and highly professional. I would not hesitate to give them my future business. Thanks GVC!"

"Awesome service. Would definitely use again."
