"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. "We started a DIY to replace a toilet. We saw the builder’s plumber did a bad job on the flange. No screws to hold it down but a lot of glue. We had 3 plumbers come in to review and give us their input/quote. John explained what he wld need to do. The quote was reasonable. Best part, he wld not need to bust up the tile or go underneath the foundation. We are very pleased with his work along with his apprentice. We will recommend and use them again. Thank you. "
