"WOW!! I could not be more pleased with this company and Mathew, the technician who came to my home. Tucson has been experiencing an extreme heatwave and my AC had stopped working. I had called 2 other companies, one two days ago, and still had not heard back from either. I called Intelligent Design and they told my they would put me on a stand-by call but someone would definitely be out today. It was not 20 minutes later when I received a text to let me know Mathew was on the way. In little more than an hour everything has been repaired and my home is cool. "I am very Happy to say that Done Rite Services is a Wonderful Company to work with. We have been using EMMCo for the entire time of owning our home (15+ years) Always reliable and friendly. Before the Holiday's our heating began to act up and we knew it was time to replace the entire system. One phone call to the office and the appointment was set. Jordan Benjamin came out and spent time explaining options and what would be done to replace and upgrade our system. Within a week the installers Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo arrived. They explained what would take place over the next 3 days. This could have been a disaster because we have 4 dogs but they were very accommodating. With very few hiccups my system was installed to my satisfaction. I have to say not one piece of wire, tape or a bit of dust was left behind. Each one of the crew was very respectful of my home and the most professional group of young men. I am not the easiest to deal with because I have lots of questions. I was never made to feel like I was bothering them and they took my concerns very seriously. My rating for this company is they are AMAZING!!!
