"Well, this was an early Christmas gift! Found Dylan through home advisors. He promptly called after we sought a handyman to replace our fireplace mantle. Itâ s harder than heck to find someone, anyone, to do small household projects, let alone someone so quickly. We exchanged photos of the old mantle and the new one. Dylan promised to stop by to finally estimate the project. Hereâ s the best part: Dylan, who makes for a very good first impression, offered to start the job right then and there, saying he could do the demo work and finish two days later. Hereâ s the even better part: He completed the demo and then mounted the new new mantle the same day. We were very happy with the care he took as he did the project, including adding an additional way to secure the mantle to the wall so not even one of our famous earthquakes could move it from its mountings. "Benny and his team did outstanding work on our home. It was really outdated inside and they made it look modern and clean. They knocked down some horribly textured walls and then painted and also painted our kitchen and cabinets. It was not an easy job and they were super quick and diligent in making sure every detail was perfect. They have a very hard working team and they went the extra mile including hauling away some refuse that wasn’t even part of the job- really kind folks who care about their quality of work. 10/10 would recommend! "It was fine. There was an additional charge but I'm not surprised because I had a dryer vent that is very complicated. We negotiated and told me what they will going to take to do it. I was fine with it because I know my dryer vent. For me, to call somebody and do that specifically, it would have been more money. I feel good about it."
