Rob did an excellent job replacing the exhaust sheet metal and putting in the new water heater. I wish they expanded their business to include other plumbing jobs and HVAC, but they are pretty restricted to what they currently provide."

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.

"Previously, I had gotten burned by a plumber from a different company during a water heater installation (literally, the house was on fire from blow torch - welding pipes) which made me very skeptical. When Moe and John arrived we reviewed the job and discussed the coupon that was offered as part of the service. When I learned that there were issues because of the "fine print" details of the job, I was ready to end the conversation and move on to the plumbing company. However, they were quick to honor the spirit of the coupon, gave me a fair price (though it was a little more than I initially wanted to spend - the job was more involved than I first thought) and even went with me to Home Depot to provide hands on recommendations regarding the replacement faucet. I paid for the faucet myself, so there was no mark up on the price and they installed it immediately; checking for leaks throughout the process to make sure there were no issues. "Called about the main drain clog . They showed up the same day there tech Anthony worked very hard to get the very difficult clog cleared out. I very happy all the drains are working again. He was also to repair the leak on the faucet for the garden hose and stop the toilet from running while he was there. This was great because I didn’t have to take anothe day off from work. "Frank Tedeschi and his men did an amazing job. The buffet had sustained substantial damage, both to the interior (drawer and frame crushed by an unsecured heavy shelf board) and the exterior (multiple scratches and dents, and two drawer faces that required replacing). Frank went to a great deal of trouble to match the wood that needed replacing, and the repaired and refinished piece looks as if it had never been damaged in the first place. We are more than delighted with the result! Frank and his crew had previously done a great job stripping and refinishing a large mid-century book/display shelf for us."
