"These guys are amazing! It took me a long time to find someone willing to and capable of working on my unit. They came to troubleshoot it and were able to replace my controller board and heating element SAME DAY. This was more convenient for me than having him try to find a part that may no longer be in production or even under warranty. They also measured for a new cover and came back to install. I will continue to use these guys for all my hot tub needs! Thank you Alan and Kim!!!"

"Jeff arrived on time and provided the bid in a timely manner.  He let me know when they would come out and he kept to his schedule.
The installer also arrived on time.  The pump and diving board installation went great, however, not so much with the spa switch.  After a while, he let me know that it wasn't working, but he wasn't sure if it was the wiring or a board in our controller.
The next day, another installer determined that it was our board, so unfortunately we paid for a new spa-side switch ($450) that did nothing.  Jeff and I discussed the situation, but I never understood why they didn't test the wiring/board BEFORE installing the new switch.
Jeff did work with me on other bids (controller repair/replacement) and would credit me the spa-side switch if we had them do the additional work.  However, the least expensive option ($1500) is too much for us at this time.
I gave a B for price (since I paid for something I can't use) and professionalism (since I think the installer should've have done better testing before installing the switch).  However, Jeff was very professional.

"I have known Thomas Ovikian well before he became an electrician when he worked with me at a consulting firm.  Life behind a computer desk was not his primary calling, so he left to become an electrician and own his own business. I have used Thomas for a variety of electric  problems in my house.  I live in an old house built in 1959 with low voltage wiring.  The previous owners did not do much upkeep in this area, so slowly but surely I am getting the electric part of my house in order. On this particular visit. Thomas came over to fix a light switch that powers an outside porch light. I have had at least 2 other electricians try to repair it through the years.  The repairs worked for a while but then after time they give out.  Thomas actually installed a new light switch which is much better than the low voltage switches and now we can control our outside light. While Thomas was here, I asked him to crawl up into the attic and install a 3rd attic light.  I think it is very helpful to have when service technicians (electricians, a/c, plumbers, cable guy, etc) need access up there.  It is small price to pay to assist the people working on my house. Thomas is the most well mannered and patient Christian guy I know. In many cases, the repair session turns into a good counseling session for me.  Thomas is a great "listener".  Thanks Thomas!"

"I still haven’t finished but Joseph called and emailed me immediately. He is over the top helpful and actually helps!! I’m going to use him for a Polaris pump replace and I’m sure it will be great. Try them out after others either ignore you or refuse to help whatsoever until they get paid."

"Shane responded promptly when I texted him at 7am Friday morning when I saw my inground pool had lost 2 foot of water overnight. My valve leaked and he gave me advice until he and his son arrived to complete my equipment installation. He was patient and very thorough. He knew all the answers to our questions and we will reccomend he and his son to anyone asking for any pool repair."
