"We had West Shore Home replace our shower in the master bath. They did an outstanding job. Arrived on time. Finished in just over 8 hours. It looks great!!! The two men that did the tear out and install were Robert B. and Hervey. Very professional. Cleaned up afterwards. Left nothing behind. We're very very happy with the results. "Edwardo and his team were very professional and proficient and their work was very good. And the initial work was completed in 2 days with the exception of the glass being installed on a pony wall. Another exception was the reseal of our master shower (not a part of the tub to shower conversion) that had to be redone due using caulk that was not compatible with marble. Martinez (glass installer) did a nice job installing the glass on the pony wall and also he completed the re-caulk of the master shower. Would highly recommend 5 Star Bath."

"It went very well, from the first visit to the end.
My first appointment was on a Tuesday at 3 PM and they showed up on time. Their representative listened to us when we went through the issues in our  bathroom. It was out of date and needed a face lift. We wanted new tile on the floor and in the shower. We needed new glass for the shower, a new toilet and a new set of double sinks with a new cabinet. The fan also needed replacing and we also wanted to paint the untiled portion of the walls and ceiling. Generally we wanted a new bathroom.
G.H. took measurements and got back with us a few days later. We got all our wish list at a very fair price, with good terms.
The workmen showed, again on time, and started the project. about a week later. We got to pick out our tile, paint color, sink and hardware. It was very exciting and although GH does this all the time, we don't and GH was very patient with us and answered all our many questions, of which there were many during the project.
The entire project took the better part of four days and the guys showed up every day and when they had to leave early, to allow the tile to set up, they explained to us why they were leaving and when they were coming back. Through out the process the job was checked on by our representative. We had no surprises.
We got our new bathroom and I would highly recommend G.H. Complete Construction to anyone who is looking for a contractor.

"I paid less than half of a bid I got from a company with lots of people and lots of overhead. And I am confident that my project was of comparable quality. Removed tub and put in a high-quality walk-in shower- ½” cultured marble wall panels, custom-made shelf, solid cultured marble drain pan with texture to prevent slipping, grab bars, high-quality double-sliding glass doors. I wish the project had taken three days instead of four but that is my only complaint. Jay and his assistant did a good job. He had some good money-saving suggestions and was easy to work with. He matched the swirls on the wall panels (including the indented shelf!) and made the shower walls flow together. Great job!"

"The gutters got cleaned. Leaf Filters were installed on the gutter. I am waiting to see if the filters actually worked. There were two issues. The first is that the installer did not show for the orginal appointment. I had to call customer service to reschedule the appointment. The second issue is that two items in my garage were stolen. The items were a toilet auger and a day pack. The day pack contained "essential items" for hiking that I have had for at least 30 years. Essential means items like a compass, emergency blanket, first aid etc. plus a monocular. It will cost around $250.00 to replace."
