"Al was very communicative from the start (heard back within an hour or so) and we got things rolling very quickly. We had some click in vinyl plank that we needed installed upstairs in three bedrooms and a hallway with some floor leveling. They were able to get things done in two days and the results are absolutely amazing! We also had them install ceramic tile in two bathrooms which also turned out beautifully. Overall, I would absolutely hire them again to get a job done quickly, smoothly, and with great results! The price was right - as we only paid $2300 for floor leveling in spots, and an entire floor's worth (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, & a hallway) of new floor/tile installation. Would book them again in a heartbeat!"

He did such an excellent job that I have always remembered him, so was delighted when I found out he and his wife had their own floor store. There are so many flooring stores to choose from in Austin but I wanted to use one that I knew would still be in business for a long time and would give good service. They have a fantastic selection (too much in fact making choices hard). Miranda was so helpful. When I explained how stressful having my house torn up was she said she would do what she could to speed up the installation which I appreciated. Within a few days she called to say they could get right to it. The crew they sent was professional, polite, and oh so nice. They worked so hard and fast and did an excellent job with everything. They left my house clean at the end of the day. They were prompt and thorough. I am sooooo happy with the floor, the workers, Miranda and Manor. The crew sent out to do the tile work for my hall bathroom was exceptional. They first put brown paper on the floor where they were going to be walking in and out. As they brought in materials and did the work they were very careful not to hit any walls or furniture or doors. The tile work on the tub surround was beautiful and I could not be more pleased. Clean up was thorough, and Kris came to check the job after it was finished to make sure everything was good. I highly recommend this company."
