"We've used Capitol Window Cleaning before at our old house for a number of years and have always been happy with their work. Windows in our new house were almost opaque due to dust from nearby home construction so we waited until that was finished before we got them to come and clean. <br /> <br /> Initial estimate was a little off because they used Google Street View to make a stab at the number of windows....but it doesn't show the back of our house which has a ton of windows....so I wasn't surprised that the quote when he arrived was a little higher. <br /> <br /> The guys arrived on time and were spot on with their estimate of how long it all would take. They take great care inside and outside the house and did a fantastic job of the cleaning. <br /> <br /> Now we can actually see through our windows again!!!!! <br /> <br /> I highly recommend this company."

"Sales and installation were done top notch, without high pressure sales. Just follow up for measurements and ensuring accuracy of what is wanted, and accurate ordering. Measurement and installation crew were accurate, timely and meticulous on the installation which had some challenging openings from the existing brick around the previous windows. They didn’t rush over areas that gave some difficulties but did it right the first time. I would recommend Zen Windows for anyone looking for quality window company for replacement windows."

"I hired this plumber on a couple of different occasions. Each time he did the work fairly well but I was left feeling he had not done his best, and was basically going through the motions so he could get out of there. He was entertaining and cheerful, but the end result is, I still (months later) have rusty water in my tub (from his work), the water heater he pointed out is not up to code, was not corrected by him NOR a substitute or fix discussed, and in general I felt he couldn't wait to get out of there; even his voicemail says he's "really busy" so the impression one gets is, don't bother him unless you want to pay him a lot of money for a big job and/or don't really care about an excellent result for a "small time" (normal) repair. Date above is VERY approximate -- I would have to look at my records to be sure but he did come out a couple of separate times last fall and winter."

"We just had the Ringer Elite Windows installed throughout our home in Sunset Canyon, Dripping Springs. The windows look wonderful and seem to be much more energy efficient than the windows we replaced. It is much too soon to comment on their durability. Ringer's installed price was considerably less than other replacement windows we considered. The two man installer team from Ringer did a great job. They started and finished the windows in each room prior to removing the windows in another room. They expertly removed and reinstalled all window coverings. Then cleaned all the windows and any dust they created during the install. Our install team had been with Ringer many years and it showed in their attention to detail and quality work."

It would have taken me a long time with my tape measure and I probably would have gotten it all wrong. After measuring, he let me look at color options and types of wood samples. I made my selections and was given a quote. I was a little surprised at the price, but I knew these would be done right and would fit my windows perfectly, adding to the value of my home. I signed the agreement and waited for the blinds to come in. </p> <p>Juan was my installer. He arrived 5 minutes before our scheduled time and was very courteous and professional. He unpackaged all of the blinds outside, leaving no packaging behind for me to dispose of. Then he installed all of the blinds, testing them and putting up with my ooo-ing and aahh-ing. (haha!) He did a fabulous job and my blinds look amazing! They were worth the investment. </p> <br />"

"What a great find Boris was. We had our lawn guy kick up a rock and break our front window. It was one window in a four panel grid. We had several other quotes telling us they had to replace all four windows costing us over $2k. Boris came out and quoted us for just the one window as our frame was not damaged. His window also came with an 8 year warranty, how can you beat that? He came out on a Thursday to give us a quote and was back on Tuesday to install the window. Amazing work, honest company! I have already referred him to a couple of friends and will definitely have him back out if we ever need anything! Thank you Boris!!!"
