"I went on the internet this morning to find a HVAC repair business. After submitting a request, I almost immediately received a phone call to schedule a time for our furnace to be evaluated. An opening was available in the next hour. The technician, Dominque texted in advance and came promptly. He was very thorough in showing me the problems with both the furnace and the air conditioning unit. After discussion and quotes on cost, we have a workman coming tomorrow to repair it all.
