I can count on one hand the number of days someone wasn't at our house making progress once project kicked off. Everyone Jim brought in maintained respectful and fun interactions with my entire family. All the subcontractors were also highly capable, worked quickly, and did a nice quality job. The team clearly pursued excellence in the quality of their work, happily doing rework when a task did not meet our expectations. "RNR came in and saved the day! Roberta and Ricardo were so patient with my husband and I. We had a previous contractor who left our job without finishing. RNR stopped by, looked at the unfinished project and kept their promise to come back the next morning at 9am. They showed up on time, communicated throughout the entire time and also suggested what was best for our project. The greatest part of it all, they didn’t request money up front to get started. The job was started, Ricardo and his team worked for 2 days from sun up to sun down to get done. The concrete slab was repaired and our shed was built! "Dave A, of "Basement REPAIR SPECIALISTS", is someone you should have on speed dial. Dave showed up and thoroughly inspected the areas of concern. After examining the basement area he said he would like to look at the outside of the home. He took his time, commenting on yard drainage grade, gutters, and roof pitch. He said, "he would love to take the Job but he thought we should first take a much cheaper approach to repair our problem". Dave obviously is a man of integrity. We decided to take his recommendations. If we still have continued problems, Dave will be our contractor of choice. It's really nice to do business with a thorough and honest man."
