"We had a clogged sewer main and needed fast service. They called within minutes of our request and managed to fit us in the next day. They showed up on time and promptly got to work. They put a tarp down on our floor to keep things clean. We needed a waterjet machine to cut thru tree roots in our main drain and they showed us on a camera exactly what was going on. Their price was reasonable and we're very happy with the results, We would highly recommend this company!"

"JJB was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Jeff thoroughly walked me through the project and answered all of my questions. He also took the time to help determine the cause of a leak from a roof vent. Jayne was also a pleasure to work with and communicated clearly about the project throughout. We would highly recommend and use them again!"

"The technician drilled a couple holes in our duct work and used a camera to show us the inside of the duct that connects to the external portion of our AC unit as well as the internal coil housing. He identified that the internal section near the coils had deteriorated due to water leakage and mold growth (which was pretty obvious from the view from his camera) and that the system had clearly not been well maintained. (I should point out we bought our home last fall and were aware that the AC unit was over 25 years old and the duct work near the furnace was patchwork at best, but we were unaware of how bad the section near the coil was because a different HVAC contractor hadn't drilled any holes to look). He also identified that the duct leading to the external portion of the AC (and other parts of the house) was dirty and dusty. He advised against running the AC anymore until repairs could be made. For the purposes of diagnosing our problem and highlighting the areas of concern, he was very helpful and provided us with what we felt was good information. We asked how much it would cost for a range of options to solve the problem - from A) replacing the duct work and removing the AC coil (leaving us properly arranged duct work, but no AC to B) replacing the duct work and putting in a new coil (and not replacing the 25 year old external AC unit) to C) replacing the duct work, coil, and external AC unit. He supplied us with information on options A and B, but at no point gave us any relevant information (products, cost, etc) for replacing the external AC unit despite the fact that we had indicated our willingness to consider full replacement at least twice while he was in our home. I did not press the issue of this lack of information because the technician seemed more interested in discussing the importance of having our ducts cleaned and signing up for Holland's Comfort Club, which is a service agreement with some benefits for a monthly fee. He also suggested briefly that if we were to consider full replacement, that we would need to have some kind of home heat assessment done based on square footage of our home and the number of windows, which sounded both expensive and bogus. Finally, after my wife and I indicated (multiple times) we needed time to consider our options, it was obvious the technician was applying some unnecessary pressure to have us make a more immediate decision - which was definitely not helpful and unappreciated and told me I wouldn't be further utilizing any services provided by this company. Overall the service we asked for was competently performed and punctuality was not a problem at all; however, the high pressure sales tactics and the focus on duct cleaning and the service contract were a definite turn off.

"I contacted Ben and he was able to come out two days later. I had a leak around my chimney and needed my gutters cleaned. Ben and his assistant where on time and very personable. I explained the issue and Ben was able to tar the chimney and another problem area right away. They also cleaned all of the gutters including a detached garage. I am very happy with Ben's service and will use him again for future projects."

"D&H did not pull building permit as verbally promised. Balked, but finally provided proof of insurance before work started. Total cost listed above includes well over $1,000.00 in unexpected charges. Removed patio and sidewalk, and excavated OK. But only removed/replaced 6 out of the 10 feet of bowed block wall. New wall was still 1.5" out of plumb, and was not high enough to support exterior wall. Per Building Inspector, D&H was forced to install galvanized steel brace to make up the difference. This cost me another $500.00 for inspection/engineering fee, and another $930.00 in labor and materials. D&H didn't lay down plywood to protect my driveway from their heavy tractors. They ruined a portion of my blacktop drive - a parking 'L' large enough for a single car. Since the concrete stoop didn't need to be removed as part of the wall straightening project (as originally quoted) they offered instead to replace the damaged parking L. But they poured it a full 2 feet shorter that the original! This, despite having taken their own pictures of the original patio and drive when they quoted the job. Then they had the nerve to imply that I was trying to get a larger parking space installed for free! What's worse, they didn't use 2" wash stone to back fill the excavated area along the crawl space wall. Instead, they pushed the excavated clay back into the hole, leveled it, and poured the new patio in a span of only four hours without letting it settle. Over the winter, the clay settled away from the new patio, leaving an area approx. 3' x 15' partially un-supported, the ground had sunk 8 to 12 inches several places! To their credit, D&H contracted CRC to mudjack the settled area at no additional cost to me. D&H never came back to level the surrounding ground. Instead, they delivered 'blended' top soil (read: chock full of exotic weeds). I decided to level it myself, as I was so disgusted with their effort that I didn't want them back on my property. They had the nerve to say they couldn't deliver the top soil and/or arrange for the mudjacking in the spring, because they "had to get some cash flow going". This, coming straight from the owner, Mike Dimmer, who came to my house several times in his brand new turbo-diesel 3.5 ton club cab pickup truck! CRC threatened to place lien on our house when D&H failed to pay them promptly after mudjacking. D&H accused me of having extra work done by CRC at D&H's expense! Job was started in Oct-2007 and not completed until July-2008. Half the summer was over by the time we got to use our new patio. Bottom line - job done, but NOT done right..."

"Nick and Jamie are a brother/sister team who have been working together for a long time and they worked very well together. They were punctual, efficient, respectful, professional, and neat. They brought in their own radio for soft music while they worked. They moved furniture and covered everything with plastic. They did a great job with the painting - straight lines, no drips, good coverage. At the end, I noticed one place of about a foot where the line between the wall and the ceiling wasn't quite straight and Jamie gladly fixed it. They carefully cleaned up.
This deal included the labor, but I needed to provide the paint. Ron passed on his discount at Sherwin Williams, and it was a very good discount - almost at SW's cost. I had questions about the paint coverage, and Jamie gave me good advice.
I'd be glad to use them again.

"I’ll start by saying we absolutely love the way our kitchen and bath turned out. One of the main reasons we hired Kitchen Krafters to do our complete kitchen and bath remodel was because we thought Roger would be able to stick closest to our budget. In our initial meetings, he provided a detailed estimate and had great ideas on how to make a more efficient design for our kitchen and how to maximize the space in our powder room. He did not disappoint! Both our kitchen and powder room were taken down to the studs, the water and gas lines were moved, a new window and vented hood installed, and both a weight-bearing wall and the wall to the dining room were both demo’d. He even removed and relocated one of our built-in China cabinets from the dining room to the living room, so we wouldn’t lose an original feature of our house as well as the extra storage space. This was a big job, and he was able to stick to his timeline and most importantly stay close to our budget. Outside of a few unforeseen repairs due to the age of our home (1940s), the renovation ran pretty smoothly. Roger responded to emails and texts in a timely manner. He worked well with his subcontractors to ensure a quality job and they kept a clean workspace. Roger was also one of the few contractors we met with initially who was willing to work with an outside company to complete our countertops. We do feel that organization was an area that could be improved upon in the future. Written communication was requested before the project began including a timeline and breakdown of the different phases of the project including a list of the subcontractors and their timelines. We were never formally given this. We did receive a text with a weekly rollout, which was helpful, but again didn’t give us much of a heads up for things coming up. This caused us to need to make some decisions in a short time frame that caused additional stress. At times, we felt it was unclear when materials needed to be chosen, ordered, and delivered and through which vendors or when payments were due. With that said, when our concerns were communicated, Roger did do what it took to clarify or fix the problem. He would break down costs to see where he could save us some money and he would fix the problem as we saw fit. The additional work was always done at a fair price. It has now been a few months since the work has been finished. We can honestly say this remodel was a huge investment in our home and one we are enjoying more than we could’ve imagined. Roger was a pleasure to work with and had a great rapport with our children, which we believe speaks volume on a person’s character. We wouldn’t hesitate to give Roger a call to provide us with an estimate and design for any future projects."

FAQs for drain line breakage camera locate projects in Cedarburg, WI

French drain repairs generally include cleaning to remove clogs or replacing damaged pipes. Drain cleaning costs between $150 and $200 per hour. If replacement is necessary, the cost to install a French drain can run up to $5,000, depending on its type and location.

Trenchless sewer replacement costs between $60 and $250 per foot but is usually not an option for interior plumbing lines. Plumbers typically only use this approach for outside sewer pipes.

Unless you can see a clog through a drain or cracked pipe under a sink, you may be unable to identify its location. To find the problem, your plumber may test your water pressure at specific points or use a sewer camera.

Common signs that a drain pipe requires repair include slowly draining water, backups, regular clogs, strange gurgling sounds, or foul odors from the drain. Also, contact a plumber if you can see rust or oxidation on a drain pipe under the sink or in the basement.

The cost to repair a sink drain pipe can be as low as $100, covering the cost of a plumber’s labor for one to two hours. If the pipe needs to be replaced or is difficult to access, costs could climb up to $500.
