Jim is a man of his word and he finished the job in a timely manner, he is a master builder and is 2 steps ahead of any issues that might arise. He and his team are respectful, friendly and leave a spotlessly clean work area and most importantly, know what they are doing. I have been recommending them to all my friends and family and should I need more work done I would not go to any other contractor."

"RNR came in and saved the day! Roberta and Ricardo were so patient with my husband and I. We had a previous contractor who left our job without finishing. RNR stopped by, looked at the unfinished project and kept their promise to come back the next morning at 9am. They showed up on time, communicated throughout the entire time and also suggested what was best for our project. The greatest part of it all, they didn’t request money up front to get started. After reading Watry Homes reviews on this site, we contacted them in March. I had reached the point where I no longer wanted to maintain the house, and after researching siding options and speaking to other home owners, was seeking a contractor to install what I believed was the best siding solution, Hardy Plank. It was our intention to have the work done before the summer months, to avoid the disruption and scheduling conflicts which inevitably happen in high season.

Scott Watry came out and inspected/measured the house on March 17, presented window options and gave an overview of the process. Within a week we had an estimate and we gave him the commitment assuming the work would begin as soon as materials were received within a few weeks. The project did not get underway, however, until June 4th, the day I was leaving for two weeks of travel. My wife provided daily updates in my absence, and glowing reviews of Scott's workers, specifically, Paul and Rob who came in and installed the windows and doors. I met these guys later and they are true professionals who pay close attention to detail. The siders were also efficient and meticulous in their work, and cleaned up every day. The crew had a few guys, but Roberto, who appeared to be their lead, was very responsive to every question or request, and went out of his way to be accommodating. Splattered paint on a portion of our patio and sill appeared to be their only misstep.

In the end, we have a job that met our expectations in terms of quality, fit and finish. It was the punch list of several small items and requests which was emailed to Scott in mid-June that made the final conclusion of the project a little rocky. It turned out that part of the roof over our den did not receive adequate flashing necessary to prevent a leak that ensued after five days of rain. Scott insisted that it was the result of layers of caulk installed by someone else, inadequately sealing an inside corner of the roof. Dan, who was sent out later to make the repair, said the caulk and sealing had been done by their siders, and was still wet. Scott agreed to place a drywall patch in the interior ceiling where there was water damage, but I spent the better part of a day painting the ceiling, trim and walls to original condition once this was done. This put a damper on an otherwise great experience with Watry.

We totally respect Watry's workers and the diligence they exemplified every day. My feelings about Scott with him not taking ownership of the leak and the damage it caused was unfortunate because it would have been so easy to simply do so without casting blame on others. I also feel it would have been appropriate to personally stop by at the project's conclusion (today), to ensure he had a satisfied customer. As it was, he called and asked me to give a check for final payment to his worker before he left, without asking me if I was completely satisfied. In my view, the size and scope of our project would dictate that he do so. 

However, I would not be hesitant to recommend them as a reference primarily because of his crews.

"JJB Home Improvements (Jeff, Joe and crew) did an outstanding job on our chimney repair. We had a small water leak in our interior attic. JJB responded quickly and professionally by setting up scaffolding for our 112 year old home. 3 stories high! No problem for JJB. They repaired the old brick, caulked, applied a skim stucco coat, then a finish stucco coat, then painted to match with elastomeric paint. We even replaced the 3 chimney caps with more decorative and functional caps. JJB was extremely professional, on time, and communicated every step of the way. I have already recommended them to neighbors and friends. So nice to have a contractor like JJB!"

"On June 3, 2019 I filled out the application on Angie's list for a gutter repair. I did have a couple of call backs but the companies that called back did not service a 3 story condo building. Then Springrock called. I spoke with Rochelle who was very helpful and set me up with an appointment with Juan Camacho to come out to our building for an estimate. Juan came out within 2 days and gave us the estimate and had us pick out colors. The approx. wait time for the installation was 2 weeks and right on time the workers came to install the new gutters. Thank you Juan, Rochelle and the workers for a great job. We had a 1st major rain storm last night and the gutters did their job! I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to replace or repair their gutters. Springrock's gutters are durable, affordable and the employees are great to deal with. "I have worked with contractors in the past but, never had such kind, courteous, punctual, and patient young men as Jovon and Jeremy. They worked with me on the situation I was in. My neighbor was going to install my storm door for free but he ended up in a cast due to a work injury. So now I'm stuck. I contact Angi to get some Quotes. Jovon set up the appointment. Arrived on time. Just toward the end of the install we discover I had ordered the door to wide I had a 36" and I needed a 32". So then I went online to find the right door. Jovon and Jeremy gave me another appointment for the next day, They arrived at 10 AM and went out of their way to take me back to Menards to exchange the door. I Will RECOMMEND these wonderful guys to every one I hear of that needs work done. Jovon and Jeremy I Thank you for doing a great job at an affordable price. ."

"We returned home from vacation to find cracks in drywall in two rooms. We had used Mudslingers in the past. Chris came over the next day and worked us into his schedule a couple of days later. The drywall was not loose or otherwise damaged. The crew mudded and taped then came back to sand and do final mudding. After it dried and was sanded they matched the texture and paint so well that it is impossible to see the repairs. They were courteous and professional at all times. They carefully moved furniture and put down plastic to protect floors and carpet. They even removed their shoes when entering the house to avoid tracking in snow and dirt. Everything was carefully cleaned up when they finished. Great job!

Jhonatan and his crew work hard and the results were gorgeous.i was so impressed by the work ethic they exhibited and respect to our property. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations . The transformation was incredible. He has a team that, as they are working your neighbors will come over and ask you where are you found them. Let me put it this way if you don’t hire them you’re a fool. I would hire them again in a minute and I am hiring them to do my maintenance on the yard monthly and we aren’t maintenance monthly people ,were just working people but they have earned my business.
