Xavier is the only one of three Angi contractors to respond to my request, and he responded within an hour of me submitting my request. He gave me a ball-park estimate over the phone just as a rough estimate. We scheduled a time the next day for him to come to the house and give a quote, which was very reasonable and one we accepted on the spot. Xavier was very friendly, courteous, and professional. As a son of a plumber I know how things work and what to expect. I was impressed with his skills and attention to detail. It was mid-afternoon when he got started, but he stayed until the job was completely finished and we had hot water again. AND he cleaned up everything before he left. I probably would have hired him even if the other Angi's plumbers had contacted me--which they still haven't."
