"I called Bill and explained the situation. He came the very next day. He took a look at both spickets and tightened the nuts which solved the leaking. Of course I asked what I owed him and he said nothing. I can't tell you how nice and friendly Bill was. He could have told me the spickets needed to be replaced but he didn't.
