"Palmer electric installed a level 2 EV charger in my garage. After they did the wiring to the breaker box downstairs I realized my AC went out. I called an hvcac company luckily they came out and checked it just a few hours after Palmer left and turns out the motherboard on my furnace is now fried!! The owner of Palmer electric took 0 responsibility, saying that just because the furnace motherboard fried while the electrician was wiring the breaker doesn’t mean they are responsible. I had Smart Electric come out and analyze the job and they said Palmer should of taken accountability."

"Needed a digital switch installed. They did not have the switch when arrived. They put in a temporary until the correct one arrived which was a week and a half later. The 2 men were very nice and the job was done correctly. The 2 visits combined were only a total of 40 minutes. I was very disappointed when they handed me the bill for 612. Dollars. After calling other electricians, the job after the fact , the job should have been no more than 350.00 . If you should use them, get a price up front."

"I met Sean McLeod through “Angie’s” List early March, 2025. He has been to my house several times to complete an array of remodeling projects. Some were minor like building utility cabinets for the kitchen or mounting household appliances for convenience. His project costs are competitively reasonable. The building materials and plumbing appliances he installs are first class or, may reflect the financial restraints you place on each project, He is a skilled craftsman of the first order, competent in all he does. I have “NEVER” employed anyone who can compete with his varied skill sets, acumen and, demeanor. Sean McLeod has created a whole new environment for us to live in and enjoy. He is indeed a man who will turn your dreams into reality. At the time of this review he is scheduled to complete additional remodels."
