"I was thrilled with Heart's Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing recent visit to my home. Their serviceman, Mark Sanger, appeared on Sept. 14th, 2020 and very quickly figured out that I just needed a large screw tightened to stop the leak under my sink. He quickly fixed it and THERE WAS NO CHARGE . It had been leaking a lot and had saturated parts of my carpet. He gave me advice that with my older home I would eventually need to replace that screw, but that I should not do it until required, as it was an expensive part. He gave me great general advice about my sink and pipes, worked quickly and efficiently, and EARNED A LOYAL CUSTOMER. I appreciate that I was given updates about his exact arrival time on the day of the appointment and they also gave online personal information and a PICTURE of the repairman coming to my house. It made me feel very comfortable to have been given this information and I appreciated the concern the company showed for MY PERSONAL SAFETY. He explained in detail how the project would be competed as well as a time line. He not only finished sooner than expected but did a phenomenal job, he left the work area cleaner than what I had it.
