Best HVAC company ever! 

They went above and beyond to fix repairs right away.  Came out rather quickly and stayed as long as it took to figure out the problem.  Their customer service is all around excellent!  I originally called at 4:00 am in the morning and got an actual human voice who respectfully listened to me and was ready to help.  Promises were always kept on calling me back and calling to let me know the tech was on his way including an email was sent as well!  The tech's are extremely knowledgeable/experienced!  Pride is taken in their work in making sure the problem is fixed RIGHT, not just assuming.  They are all very pleasant to deal with in every aspect.  I highly recommend them and will never call another HVAC company again.

"From the estimate appointment (Mark) to the install (Charles, Christian and Justin), McCrea employees were professional, courteous, punctual, responsive and hard working. It was an all day job. The work areas were left clean. Charles explained the install and systems to me before leaving. New A/C seems to be working great. Heat hasn’t been used yet. McCrea handled the permits and product registrations. Gwyn communicated with me promptly after the install regarding both."

"Superb service by Relax Air!! I contacted Kamal for a second opinion after a different HVAC company quoted me a very large number for repair of capacitor and fan motor. My home in Ashburn is rented out and my tenants needed AC quickly. Kamal was extremely knowledgeable, polite, caring and professional. He came out the same day to repair the unit. His honesty is greatly appreciated. He discovered that there was nothing wrong with my fan motor (!!) and only my capacitor needed replacing. "The crew from PolarBear was prompt, clean, and incredibly willing to work with me throughout the process to insure the entire install was done to my (admittedly high) expectations for aesthetics. Each day we worked through challenges they came across and the options they provided for how to work around them. The level of detail and pride in workmanship was apparent all the way down to the routing of lines and wiring to the outdoor units to make them as invisible and tight as possible. Since then I have had Polar Bear back to install a new 75 Gallon gas water heater for the home and will be using them in the spring to install another MiniSplit to condition a sunporch. "Everyone is very experienced at their job and knows what they are doing. This made the whole process very smooth, from interactions over the phone with Danny and the receptionist, estimates and troubleshooting with John, and day-of install with Diego. And most importantly, the actual install of the HVAC equipment was very neat, tidy, and professional. Everything is level and lines up together, seams are sealed, wiring and piping is all neatly routed. A quality install matters more than what brand you choose, and these guys do a great job. I also want to mention that they continued working hard despite how it not only poured rain the day of my install, but the power also went out and they had to work in the dark for a little while."
