"Water Mark Pools did an amazing job replacing our pool tile, regrouting, and recoating the pool to ensure there were no cracks or grout issues. The entire crew showed up every day, worked hard, and paid close attention to every detail. The quality of the workmanship was truly top notch, and the finished product looks absolutely fantastic. Customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Nick provided first-class service, he came out personally, explained the entire process clearly, gave us a fair price, and handled everything professionally. He also followed up with the company to coordinate filling the pool with water, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free. It’s hard to find companies this reliable, efficient, and professional anymore. I highly recommend Water Mark Pools to anyone looking for high-quality pool work! Patti Miller Chesapeake Beach MD"

"I asked to have the old pool cover removed. That meant removed from the premises. For $600 I expected this. I was told after it was removed that my contract did not include disposing of the old cover. Never saw a contract Would not have hired this company if I knew this. Instead, they rolled it to the curb. My trash removal did not have a service to pick it up. I had to cut it up, which was very tedious, and dirty and I was too old to be burdened with this. Why I hired them to do this job in full, but they failed me."

"The smart company manager Yavor made an excellent job. He knows everything about pools and the latest technological development of this industry. On the top of this he knows all needy greedy details about pool constructions and could make himself practically any part of this job. This allows him to have a subcontractors who really know their specific job. He also explain us all the special details about the pool - because we did not know anything about it. It is real pleasure to work with him and he is very responsive and attentive to client need. The praise of the swimming pool construction we got from Yavor (Smart Co) was 40% less then from any other big company interviewed on this topic. I was worry initially that we will later have some additional payments coming up alone. But this did not happened and he keep the construction within an initial budget. In addition, I have checked on internet that all equipment he installed us - engines, filter, water purification, pump, etc. are on upper praise edge.... The relatively low praise of pool construction did not come as a result of some equipment cheating but as a result of well organized management and deep knowledge of the pool equipment market. It took time to build the pool with all VA and Fairfax country permits and weather conditions but final project look great and worth all the money and efforts. We strongly recommend Smart management group if you want to have a swimming pool."

"Millennium gave me both an estimate & a schedule for a pool renovation ( i.e. resetting, mortaring & cleaning flagstone pool deck & coping stones, replacing decorative tile, replastering pool, replacing light, & installing new mesh cover) and very closely stuck to that schedule & estimate. All work was completed in about a month. A project manager was assigned & stayed in contact throughout the project, ensuring all questions were timely answered & that project timetable was met. A very professional job! I would highly recommend them."

"Closing crew arrived on time. They did a great job winterizing the pool and installing safety cover. They were courteous and professional."

"I have used Alfa for 4 seasons. In the past, I used one of the big chain pool Co which always disappointed us. The only things the other Co was consistent in was over charging & never being accountable for poor service. I got so fed up I literally gave them the middle finger & waved bye bye.. lucky for me I found Alfa J Pool Service. The services I use are: open/close, maintenance, water ailments, trouble shooting & repair. In each case I have never felt disappointed, slighted nor overcharged. The service is friendly, professional and remarkably refreshing. I am on a very tight budget right now which is challenging when my pool is big and old and requires a tender touch as well as thoughtful & delicate treatment. Alfa has managed to keep her happy and healthy. My recommendation to you is, stop scrolling and end your search here. Consider yourself blessed by the pool gods and start your service with Alfa today! i will add b4 & after pics after acid wash (when budget allows)"

"I had a great experience with A Easy Pool Services. Alex came out to install new equipment for my pool system and did an outstanding job. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. Everything was installed perfectly, and he made sure the system was running smoothly before finishing up. My pool has never worked better! I highly recommend A Easy Pool Services for any pool-related work."

"I previously had my pool opened and closed by the company that installed it-an inground saltwater, fiberglass pool. Once opened, I had to clean the pool for multiple days before I could use it. I needed to find a company that would provide regular cleaning service throughout the season and was I fortunate to have selected Subcomm. Once they opened the pool they stayed and cleaned the pool and returned a few days later to make certain everything was successful. They are punctual, responsive and provide an excellent job of keeping my pool clean. I am beyond thrilled that I was fortunate enough to find a company that provides excellent customer service. I have absolutely nothing to worry about."

"BJ Pool & SPA is a first rate company.  Bob, the owner, has been working with pools for decades and knows everything about pools. He is actually willing to try to repair equipment, unlike many other lesser companies that merely put in new stuff.  If you have any issues with your pool and spa, these are the people to call: they will fix anything and will always provide you with the best options.  Bill, the specialist who came to work on the unusual configuration of equipment for my small indoor pool and spa, demonstrated a great deal of experience, ability and honesty.  BJ Pool & Spa might not seem cheap, however, given their vast knowledge, experience and technical ability, they will provide you with quality service and advice that will save you money in the long run.  Their competence and integrity is extremely reassuring.  It isn't always easy to find a good pool company (this industry isn't as regulated as other professions), and it took me a while to find this one. BJ Pool will be the company I call when I want honest and reliable service

Hristo did everything possible to get the job done. This particular June 2016 was filled with many rain days and made his schedule hectic. He kept me in the loop and was up front and honest about the delay noting vinyl liners must be installed in dry, sunny weather - none of which came for a few weeks.

The job was handled quickly and professionally while his team made several visits to complete the job. During this time we got even more rain but the liner was installed by then and they finished all well within the timeframe.

I write all this because Hristo kept me informed which I appreciated and which has earned him and his team my respect and gratitude.

A job more than well done! Also, within budget :)
