He arrived quickly as promised, and gave text notice when he was on his way, also great. He got the window unstuck quickly, after I had tried many times to do it myself. I had thought that it would have to be rehung, perhaps, which I would think would have to be scheduled for another time/date/ substantially higher cost, but that wasn't necessary. His charge was very fair, although he didn't need to be at our house very long at all. That is, we don't see it as paying him for the short time it took him at our house to fix the problem. Rather, we were glad to be paying him for fixing the problem, doing it rapidly, saving us the ?3-4x cost/time/scheduling of rehanging the window, his knowledge/ expertise/ experience with these sorts of things, his drive time, his promptness - all very worth it to us. He expected 6-8 weeks and it took 11 weeks. That's not bad. We had to find another tile crew which is what delayed the project. That's not Jimmie's fault, but every contractor needs to have other people to call to pick up the slack. The quality of the work IS top quality, He is respectful and do clean up there daily trash. The painting is great if Brian does that work. Lastly, they DO show up to do repairs after the work is done, but it may take a couple requests to pin down a time. That's really good when they're backed up several months like everyone."
