I googled them and saw that they had some really good reviews. I msg them last night and this morning there was a reply when I got up. Tyler was courteous, professional and explained in layman's terms what the problem was. It needed a new motherboard. The cost was VERY fair and when I googled the average cost, ours was right in the middle. They'll be my first call if any other appliances decide to take a vacation!"

He also asked for the maker and serial numbers of the washer and driver in addition to asking what problems we were having with the appliances. He was running 15 minutes late the day of service, but called to say he would arrive in 15 minutes. In addition to being prompt and respectful of our time, Vargus was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about our washer and dryer. He told us the prices before he repaired the machines and did so in a reasonable amount of time. After the repairs, we told him we are subscribers of Angie's List. He also gave us a senior discount of 10% off the bill. We recommend Premier Appliance and LeRoy Vargas and will use his services in the future. "Called many parts stores trying to find one that I could pick it up because I needed it right away and didn't want to pay $10.00-$15.00 for shipping one parts store told me to try repair clinic so I called and they had my part! So drove out picked up part this place was amazing they seemed to have everything! will be going back. "when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"After looking at 2 other companies and their bids we decided upon Al and his son to do the work as they seemed the most professional and were also the least expensive at around 3700 (one company quoted 8500, another 5600 for essentially the same work). The other companies also said it would take at least a week before the install happened. Pearl Mechanical said they had a 3 day guarantee from the date we hired them and they were spot on. <br /> It should also be mentioned that other companies tried to "upgrade" me and sell me fancier (costlier) equipment. This is all fair and well but it was Pearl Mechanical who set me straight and specified that the upgraded HVAC system would not even work at my house since the unit is on the roof and not inside. The only option in this case was the more basic model. <br /> Concerning our experience with Al and son, they were on time and very courteous to myself and wife. We asked them to keep an eye on the dog when we left to run and errand and they said they would be happy to. They cleaned up after themselves and were quick with their work. <br /> Unfortunately our 25 year old duct work on the roof was weirdly configured and the job wasn't done by the end of the first day. Al was very apologetic and said he would bring out the proper duct work the very next day. He came early the next day and an hour later we everything was up and running. Sure it cost a little more but we felt the Pearl guys were an  honest bunch so we didn't mind. That being said, it was still 1600 less than 1 company and 5500 less than the other. All this with a 10 year warranty on parts AND LABOR and we felt we got a great deal. <br /> We will def be recommending Pearl Mechanical to our friends and family. <br /> <br />"
