"Simply put, Bob (the owner) and his crew were awesome in every measurable way. They score a 100 points on a 10-point scale as far as we are concerned. To begin with, Bob responded to my voice-message within an hour or so...he visited the project location the next day, and provided his written quote within 2 business days. Bob also maintained communication during the period from my initial call to the morning that the work began. Based on DELL'AQUILA PLASTERING's current workload at the time, a tentative date less than 2 weeks out was agreed upon, subject to us completing other work (wiring, plumbing, etc). Bob maintained excellent communication, and called to confirm the start date and arrival time. Bob and his team arrived at 8:30am as promised. Once the drop-cloths were installed from the entrance to the bathroom by the workers, there was a continuous flow as the work moved right along. The project was completed on time and under the budgeted estimate (WOW!). Cleanup was exceptional, as there was nothing that would indicate that a sheet-rock and plaster project had just been completed. "I had a few concrete steps that I wanted to have repaired before an upcoming home appraisal. (Also, I was growing increasingly worried that I or my mail carrier were going to twist an ankle.) Because the job was a repair, I had a difficult time finding a company willing to come and give me an estimate. After many calls and either outright rejections or no callbacks, Ken from RJL called me and said he could come out the next day to give me an estimate. He was prompt and his estimate was fair, so I told him to go ahead and put the job on his schedule. He asked me when my appraisal was and worked to finish the repair job before that date. The work was only completed today, but it looks great (way better than the patches the previous homeowner used) and he paid great attention to detail in his work. He was efficient, respectful of my time, and genuinely concerned about the quality of the work he was doing.

"First, I have to say, that Wayne returned my call to schedule for a quote and he came out in a timely manner and was very informative. Others did not. I called 6 painters, other than Wayne, 4 called back; but only 3 showed up to discuss and give quotes. We have an "extreme property"- part of the house is cantilevered over a creek and surrounded by hillside of woods. After speaking with Wayne, I felt he, or whomever he assigned to paint our house, would do a good job and be safe! He recommended a product to use on our overhangs and we bought, as well as the house paint since we were doing rest of the house and our garage. Wayne called and came out to power wash our home. He then called to let me know when Frank and Bill were planning on starting. I was pleased with the work and their care of our property, and appreciated that they changed out light bulbs on our outdoor fixtures that have been burned out for a year or more!"
