"I was lucky enough to get these gentlemen due to a rain-out on AC jobs. They were exceptionally efficient and very patient explaining details to us. The cleaned everything up, used tarps when appropriate and were total professionals. With 11 radiators, and the boiler -this was a larger job than they expected. <br /> They had total respect for our home and equipment. I was extremely impressed that these gentlemen understood gas hot water heat and the advantages that it provides. "Their price was right, but we weren't thrilled with them. I guess you get what you pay for. I had paid in advance at the beginning of the service, and their price was better than other companies. They came out and did a soil sample for us the year before. They didn't give us results of the soil sample, and we asked them to do it again last year, because we have mold, but we had to pester them to give us the results. There wasn't a need to be punctual, they just came whenever the weather permitted. The guys were very professional."

"I think that they do a wonderful job. They were doing the neighbor's around my house and it was visible that my lawn did not look as good as the neighbors. Once they were done working, we gave them a call and asked them to come out and do our lawn. It just showed how much you need that support because we did not look so good. My husband is pretty frugal and he is fine paying for it, so I think they are affordable.  <br /> <br /> The quality of the service is really good. If we are home, they will knock on the door and ask you if you need any support in any other area. They are always asking for feedback which I think is really nice.  <br /> <br />"

"Excellent communication about all aspects of the job with Robert and all members of the install staff. The staff were always on time, cleaned up at the end of each day, were polite and knowledgable and could explain and answer all questions. Any concerns I had were immediately addressed to my satisfaction. My neighbors were also very complimentary about the way they minimized inconvenience to them as well as how polite and neat they were. I'm sure I payed a premium price, but I know I got a premium product. Because of how well the install went, and the quality of the staff, I changed all my lawn and tree and shrub services to Custom Turf. <br />"

"He's fabulous and not only fabulous there was something that my brother had him he came back and did a job and then there was something else that didn't work he came back and did it again he got everything up and he came back three times to make sure that everything work because we were getting stuck clog and and he got everything working perfectly did charge him a dime more or anything else he was guaranteed the job and he kept coming back he doesn't live close he lives an hour away."

"JPS was very responsive when I contacted them for a quote to treat my yard. They provided an informal quote and when I decided to hire them I received a formal quote and service agreement. The price for service is very reasonable and the first application has my yard looking great. I'm looking forward to seeing how the spring preimmergent reduces the amount of crabgrass in the back yard. Very satisfied at this point. <br />"

"We had several issues when working with them on the installation at the beginning of the summer that were attributed to a sudden change in staffing. Understandable. Then following the install we had to have them return because the screen for the door wasn't aligned correctly. Aggravating, but not the end of the world. Now just a few months later the door is making a loud clicking sound just before it closes. It's louder than the ancient metal-framed door we replaced. We scheduled service for earlier this week and they never showed. We called that evening and didn't receive a call back until three days later. During that call there was no apology and no explanation provided until I asked why they never showed. The excuse this time was a new scheduling system. Because I wasn't available at a time that was convenient for them, we're stuck waiting another two weeks to have someone look at it. Very disappointing."
