The project included the install of the new unit at a different location in the basement and the conversion/hookup to the main natural gas pipe which was feeding our furnace. We previously had an electric water heating tank system that lasted 23 years. The removal of the old tank was included as well. He also did about 12 feet of old galvanized pipe replacement with copper piping and various shut off valves, wall anchors and a hookup to an existing humidifier. The final price was fair and the work was done beautifully and on time. Any issues during the project (minor stuff) were tackled quickly and efficiently. It was really a very nice experience.
