They provided a very competitive quote quickly after I provided some photos of the project. I appreciated their willingness to share knowledge and detail about the pros/cons of different types of water heaters and helped me make the final decision. For the service appointment, Kelly and Chris were right on time, made sure to keep the house and work area clean, and completed the installation in an efficient and timely manner. During and after installing the water heater, both Kelly and Chris shared information about how to better maintain the water heater to extend its service life (information the plumber that installed our prior water heater had not shared). "Gabe came by and viewed the utility room and listened while I explained what I hoped to accomplish - in order of priority: increase space in utility room, replace 15 year old water heater and non-functional softener and address some plumbing issues (pin hole gas valve leak). He took pictures and brought them back to his team to discuss and called that very evening to discuss possibilities. I had a talk with Nate who was stronger in the softener and technical aspects the next day and we discussed possible solutions. In the end, we decided that the more expensive option of a tankless (we had considered a tankless years prior as well with them and a competitor) was the more cost-effective solution. I was also very pleased with the professional, friendly and efficient installation service. Clean and quiet (within reason; they did drill a couple of holes through our brick wall), quick and considerate (the broke a part of my washing machine sitting the process so ordered a replacement part right away and they will come and install tomorrow)"

"Our technician was great. He was on time and quickly identified the problem as a leaking refrigerator, which surprised us since we had seen no water by or under the appliance. He charged us a nominal fee since we need to find someone else to repair the refrigerator since the problem is the unit itself and none of the connections."

"Well initially I was unhappy with the fact that the faucet couldn't just be repaired. I wound up spending a ton more money than what I was expecting. The explanation Matthew gave me was one that I have heard before about our water being so hard in Brooklyn Park. Several service providers have told us that and last year we had to have our water heater replaced for that exact reason. The water is so hard that it corrodes the plumbing equipment shortening the life span. Anyway, I was unable to pay right away so Erik came out on Friday to do the installation. Both men were polite, professional and worked quickly. Erik explained about a "membership" which would help me save money immediately and in the future. I felt everything went very well!!"
