"Ruben came the same day I called him to give use an estimate on three plumbing problems, a leaky outdoor faucet, a leaky toilet and a gas line that needed repair. He explained what he would do to repair the items and answered questions we had. We accepted his appraisal and set a date for him to fix the repairs. He and his apprentice came on time and went right to work fixing everything. They did find that we also had leaks in three valves to the sprinkler system. He gave us an additional estimate for that, but we didn't have him fix it. We have another person that has worked on our sprinkler system before so wanted him to look at it before we make a decision. Ruben and his apprentice did an excellent job repairing all the items we had the estimate for. And, to our surprise, the repairs came in at a lower cost than he had originally estimated and he gave us a warranty on his work as well. Needless to say we were very happy about that. Ruben was courteous and professional which my husband and I both appreciated. I recommend him highly and will call him again whenever we have any more work we need done.  Thank you, Ruben!

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."
