"What an amazing experience Cape Fear Air Electric and Plumbing was fast, friendly, and very professional!!!! I highly recommend CFAEP!!!"

"Removed old hot water tank and replaced it with a tankless hot water heater. Work was done in crawl space with less than six feet height available in work area. All done in a few hours last September. It's now the following August (11 months or so later). Everything seems to be working okay. Workmen were polite, professional, timely, focused on the job, carried away all the old parts and cleaned up well---we were quite pleased with the whole process."

"We had an excellent experience with Modern Plumbing, run by Mike and his wife. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. His estimate showed expertise and attention to detail, and he recommended a higher-end model than others. Supporting a local business was important to us. During installation, Mike detected a faint gas smell, traced it to a nail puncturing our gas line—a slow leak for ten years. He safely repaired it, thanks to his gas line certification. Now our home is safe, and we have a great new water heater. We trust Modern Plumbing and highly recommend them."

"Pros: They were extremely quick to come out. They were able to start and finish the job within a couple hours. Great service overall Cons: limited on your water heater choices. And they are a little pricey. (You get what you pay for though)"

"Only small issue was low fan speed for cooling on initial install"

"Dennis and Dwayne are awesome people. Detail-oriented, patient, good fellas. They did a bang-up job installing a new tankless water heater. Dwayne is heckin strong. Dennis is wicked smart. Pretty sure these guys build nuclear-powered space rockets for fun on the weekend. Check em out."

"Technically, they installed a drinking fountain but the option above was the closest thing to it. I was very impressed by their responsiveness and customer service. They were informative and helpful for what I needed. The gentlemen that came out to do the install did an amazing job. They were thorough, professional and helpful to say the least. I am thankful for the work these folks have done and if I need anything in the future, I am sure to call them again."

"They gave great advice on where to install the new tankless water heater and worked hard to get it completed. Would highly recommend the contractor."

"He did a really good job. He is a really honest person. He cared as much as to install the unit hanging in the roof instead on the floor to avoid all the vibration, which I think is great. I have recommended him already."
