Once the source was found, described the repair and had it done in 20 minutes with a minimum of fuss. Very impressed with the detailed explanation throughout this issue. FYI, this was done via my Home Warranty, so the cost is not indicative of the actual charges."

"Fantastic...I was freaking out a little bit when I called because the utility company had sent someone out to turn off the water meter for the other side of a duplex I bought since they said they were alerted to a flow rate of 160-170 gallons/hour! I called Devlin's and they were reassuring while listening to my situation. I was scheduled in for within a few hours! Amazing! Billy called to let me know when he was on the way, and when he arrived, he checked everything outside, including the meter, the pipe, under the crawl space, tested putting the water back on, and discovered it was a toilet that busted. Once he determined there wasn't also a pipe leak (whew again), I asked him his opinion on a leak I was having in the washer box. He said he could replace that right now, and I was all SURE THANK YOU!!! That really made my day, several less things to worry about! Billy was so nice and knowledgeable, and did a great job. I am not using another plumbing company, I have found my go-to!

"Came on short notice, leading into a Holiday and did what looks like quality work. Was quick, efficient, and courteous.
Wasted no time and did just what was needed, and had quality parts.
The price, $210 for about 25 minutes was not excessive, because it was same day, leading into a Holiday, and it looks like quality pipe parts were used, etc. but it was slightly expensive. If it had been $199 I would have given it a "B" for price, and if $149, would have given it an "A" for price. Everything else is "A." 
I would use them again for a same day need, but would shop around for alternatives if there was some time flexibility.


UPDATE: I called these folks back on two subsequent occasions and the first went well diagnosing a leak ($950. The second, though, was not good. They said they would come by that day for another appointment, for installation of two items, but never came. I called back and followed up and no one returned my call. After waiting much of the day for a contact, I contacted another plumber. Disappointing to have that kind of experience after two pretty good ones.

Accordingly, I'm adjusting the rating down to a "C." Not coming at all, and not following up is not acceptable."

"We hired Churchill Painting and Renovations to paint our house and we would hire them again. We worked with Cary, the owner, and his son, Anthony. They gave us an estimate and promised no hidden fees, which they stuck too! It took a crew of 4-6 guys two days to complete the project. The crew was great! They did find some rot under the siding on our chimney. Anthony and Cary personally came out to look at it. Cary explained the issue to us in great detail. He quoted how much it would be to fix it, but did not pressure us to make a decision in the moment. He is also writing up his professional opinion about the rot so we can talk to our contractor who did the work three years ago. Cary and Anthony are good guys to work with. They both look you in the eyes and shake your hand. They are straight shooters. They did the work we hired them to do at the price they quoted and they also gave us some advice for down the line. But, again, never pressured us! We are hoping to hire them again when we decide to replace our old french doors."
