UPDATE: 03/03/19 *** Install, Replace or Repair a Main Sewer Pipe *** Comment: My 49-year-old house was in dire need of a total replumbing and removal of the very old cast iron pipe that was draining very slow. Blantons plumber, Charlie, made a thorough inspection, came up with an acceptable plan and additional recommendations that needed to be done (which I was not able to see and evaluate), did not include unnecessary work or parts. Of course Blantons is more expensive than most companies but they are worth EVERY dollar spent! THANK YOU!!! UPDATE: 03/15/19 *** Waterproof a Basement or Foundation *** Comment: Shawn and his assistant repaired my encapsulation after a plumbing project was completed. They repaired all cuts to the encapsulation, took time to remove pipes and supports that were no longer needed, and even vacuumed to ensure my crawl space was as clean as it was before the plumbing job. "Highly recommended. I had a simple repair of a leaking kitchen sink faucet. I did not have the proper tools or expertise for the job. I was very satisfied with JD Service Now. The dispatcher was prompt and professional. They called me before the plumbing technician arrived with an ETA. The tech arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything before doing any work. He not only fixed the leak quickly but also made sure I know where and how to operate the water shut off, Checked the water pressure into the house and the pressure relief valve on the water heater. The rate was relatively reasonable for a 20 minute call; at least compared to estimates for the other 2 companies. I will keep this companies number in my phone contacts for future home repairs."
