"I had used Rytec March 2017 for a big job (about 2,300.00) and was very pleased. This time, not so much. Simple request for to add two dedicated receptacles in my mudroom. Showed the guy where I wanted them installed. He insisted I install a quad instead between the two desired locations. He cut a hole in his chosen location only to find it was in the middle of a stud and not doable. He attempted to relocate but could not finish the job without help. He assured me someone from his office would contact me to have his wall boo-boos repaired. A week later two came from Rytec to finished the installation but insisted they were not responsible for previous installers damage to my wall but ASSURED me someone from their office would contact me and make it right. Never heard back from Rytec. Quad Outlet works perfect but I wanted and was willing to pay for two regular outlets located approximately 2 foot apart. Customer needs and follow up service was lacking on this job. Would hire again if they make good on repairing previous damage tech agreed they would repair."

"I left a message on the answering machine at Easy Electrical Solutions and heard back from owner, Dennis O'Toole, in a matter of days. Had said in my message that mine was not an emergency situation.  We scheduled an appointment for the following week, a rainy day which had thrown them a little behind in their scheduled morning job.  I received a gracious call about 2 hours before the scheduled appointment from Dennis saying they would need to be an hour later arriving--which suited me fine, since getting that call gave me time to run an errand.
Josh (who works with Dennis) arrived at the re-scheduled hour and could not have been nicer, more knowledgeable or efficient.  He ran into a challenging situation with one of the installations and came up with a creative solution--without a complaint.  I thoroughly enjoyed  having his company as he worked, one or the other of us humming at various times as we went about our different tasks.  It doesn't get better than that.

Mr. John Sherlock arrived at the time and date specified to give us an estimate.  He returned the following day with his assistant and performed the job in one day.  He installed 26 copper lightning rods on the flat roof of our 7,000 square foot home.  These rods were connected with 500 feet of heavy duty copper cable and were grounded at three points with ground rods going down through the drainpipes into the ground. All parts of the system were securely attached to the roof.  He did a neat job and cleaned up all excess materials.  We were very pleased with the job him did.  Since installation of the lightning rod system we have had no trouble with lightning striking the house or causing power outages or surges.

They found that my switches were broken from heat which is due to excess voltage in the electric. I ended up getting a whole home free device as well as surge protection. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Mr. Charles Tribble came to our house on Sunday afternoon on February 24, 2019, and took let then thirty minutes to diagnose and then fix all of the electrical outlets outside of our home. The house front door light had gone bad and he waited for me to go to Lowe's and purchase a new and then installed it without charging us for it. He was just a delight for a business owner that didn't try to take advantage of the customer. We asked for his business card as we will be telling everyone we know about his services.
