The shower is now much larger with safety grab bars and a much better shower head. It changed the look of the bathroom for the better."

"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

"We completely remodeled the kitchen. Greg removed multiple walls to open up the space as well. In the master bathroom, we had a wall removed to double its size, then completely remodeled that as well. Greg tiled the bathroom and a beautiful walk-in shower. Everything turned out perfectly. Greg and his crew were diligent and worked quickly. He started work on the home on time and completed on schedule as well."

"I was contacted directly to set up an appt. They were very flexible and it only took a day or two to get the service completed. The servicer obviously has a passion for the work and for his customer's satisfaction. Was very knowledgeable and helpful. For the number of services provided the cost was very reasonable. The tune up was prepaid but additionally he replaced multiple heads and added several. In places where heads were replaced or re-positioned great care was taken to leave the landscaping in its original condition. In at least two places he had to show that indeed the head had actually been replaced. I am now working with them to quote and schedule several zone additions at a new house. They have also offered to help with the installation of a river sourced irrigation pump existing on the property."

"The two bathrooms are a mirror of each other. The first bathroom was fantastic. When I called and ask questions about the tile surround of the second bath seemed like it was not all sealed (grout) I was told it was the lighting that made it look like that. I again stated that the grout was rough in that bathroom compared to the other completed bath and still they stated it was the shadows. Since then, I have dropped an object on the side of the tub chipping the surface in December of 2021. I called them and they stated they would need to come out in January 2022 because they were not on my side of town at that time. I did not hear anything from them. I tried to contact them again and left a message in July of 2022 with no return call. We were also told that as long as we cleaned the bath tubs the way they recommended it was warranted. My bathroom that had the "shadow grout" is now cracking on the bottom in 2 spots and they have still not responded to my calls about repairing the initial chip which I admit was caused me. I am so disappointed in this company at this time and feel that I need to find another company to repair the work that was done so poorly in my primary bathroom. I caution against using this company any further since they do not appear to stand by their work and do not follow up on any calls about work."
