"George was very professional when we first dealt with him and did a satisfactory job.  However, when we wanted him to do smaller jobs, he did not respond or set up dates to come and then did not show up nor did he call.  His father, who is the actual owner of George's Painting, came to our house for an estimate to have 3 closet shelves installed (the metal mesh type) for hwich he wanted $650.00.  We thought that was entirely too much as the material cost less than $100.  We looked for someone else off of Angie's list and got an excellent person who only charged $200 which was more reasonable and on top of that did an excellent job.    In addition we are having numerous other things done at reasonable prices.  Had I waited a bit longer, I could have gotten my house painted much cheaper as well.  George is overpriced and does not respond when you call or will he make an appointment with you and then not keep it.  I am glad I found someone else who is capable of doing what we want, is professional, does excellent work and his price is more reasonable.    I have already had work done by this other company and we are very satisfied.

"A Squad performed the work we needed done (insulation and drywall ceiling tear down and removal, installing new insulation and drywall, finishing drywall, installing trim and painting walls, ceilings, and trim. The crew worked for 2.5 days. They arrived promptly each morning. As stated on our quote, they removed all of the old debris. The written quote was accurate and was a fair price for the work done. We would recommend A Squad to anyone requiring any type of renovation to their home. Their friendly approach and attention to detail could not be better. "I have been thinking about remodeling my shower since I purchased my home. I never took the steps towards the remodel because dealing with contractors can be scary. Well, Re-Bath has given me new hope in contractors. They did a great job!! They were helpful and professional from beginning to end. They stayed with-in my budget, and gave me great ideas. They completed my shower with in 3 days.... the shower door took a while because it was a custom door. He was still "on-point" with the time frame for the door. I was so comfortable that I left them in the house and went to the gym. I am in love with my bathroom, and I plan to do business with them again.

"Okay. Howard had some difficulty reading the plan, and requested a week to do the work. We only had three or four days, so his manager said that could only happen if I helped with the work. No problem, I did the layout, and did most of the "tricky" parts of the work, cutting the ribbon boards for the 45 degree angles, so Howard and helper could focus on setting cleats, joists, and putting down decking. Howard was very prompt, but this sort of carpentry was not his forte, some of the decking cuts needed to be redone. I had to do all the railing work myself. He did help me with some plumbing work for the better part of one day, which is work he is better at. We settled on payment of about 2/3 of what his original quote was for the deck, and he showed no interest in doing any further work."
