"I explained the problem and that I had already had someone try replacing the outlets and switch, but, still was only pulling 85 volts rather than120 volts per outlet. Electrician traced the problem to a main switch from where the wire branches off to these outlets.
He found the problem in less than 30 minutes and repaired the loose wire.
I also got $10 off the cost of the service with a coupon I found on Angie's list.
