"Let me start off by saying Ross and Miloway PipeWorks are awesome! Last Tuesday 02/16/2021 I woke up without running water I initially called Bouldin Bros to come look at it because thats the only person I could think of at the time. They came out and told me I needed a new well pump, pitless adapter, and pipe running in to my house and it was going to cost just under $6,000! I of course told them I could not do that today I would have to see what I could do so they left. I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing after that and they came out on Saturday 02/20/2021 only to not look at anything and tell me I needed to call a well drilling company and still charged me for the service call even when they did nothing. Finally last night I was on the internet and filled out an inquiry for well repair on home advisor and within less than 30 minutes Ross called me he was gonna swing by my house then and take a look. Upon looking he said all I needed was a new well Pump and he squeezed me in this morning at 8AM. The job ended up costing me under $2,000 and now I have running water! I will definitely use Miloway pipeworks again and I encourage everyone else too as well; Bouldin bros and Benjamin Franklin plumbing are ripping people off."

Repair man was able to communicate plan and cost and reason for repair Promptly completed work and clean up Worked within Covid restrictions and made recommendations for prevention of future mishaps. 4 year guarantee provided and that was better than other plumbing services offered. "Tyler and Mike replaced a complete water treatment system that was 25 years old including the weel pump. The new system is great and the constant pressure well pump keeps the water flowing evenly. They did everything in about 4 hours. Nice job!"

"Naturally, on the hottest weekend of the summer in 2019, with a houseful of guests for that weekend, the capacitor went. Normally, I'd order the part and fix it myself, but that would have taken days to acquire. Air Temp showed up first thing in the morning the following day, and quickly verified the broken part and replaced it. Sure, of course it was more than doing it myself--but that's not the point. They were timely, had the part in hand, and were extremely reasonable on the price. We use them for our annual AC and heater checkups as well and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend the team."

"Very knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosed and replaced my well pump and bladder tank in a very timely manner and had a great price. Would highly recommend"

"I received the most wonderful and professional service from Air Temp Solutions. Tim, the Technician, came to my house and was able to fix my heat pump and explained the entire process to me. He was very friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Also, Kristie at the home office, was very helpful in giving me the information to get funding to receive a new heat pump. I am very satisfied with the service I received from Air Temp Solutions, and will definitely recommend their services to my family & friends!!!! I will also use them in the future for anymore home projects or repairs!!!"

"Floodbusters did an excellent job sealing the water out of our basement. They installed a sump pump and drainage system which they check annually. We were very happy with their service. Employees were polite and knowledgable. We highly recommend them."

"I was extremely pleased for the services performed. From the office arranging the service call (next day) to the service technicians (on time), they were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. As with all service calls to a house, it helped that I gave the office detailed information about the trouble and the type of unit (serial numbers, etc.) to be repaired, so the technicians knew right away about the diagnosis and solution. The price was reasonable, considering a service call + parts. These guys are now my go to plumber. It is a small company that delivers professional, personal service, at a reasonable price."

"Professional and punctual.  They try to sell you the ultimate waterproof package which is fine but not what I needed or could afford.
A bit of a sales pitch to get you to commit right away.  I told them I needed to get other estimates.  The followed up about a week later and sent another rep out who was committed to getting our business. He broke then the original estimate into three phases which was more affordable and met our needs better as we did not get a lot of water in our crawlspace.   Crew was efficient and cleaned up well.  They did play some loud rock music while they worked which could have been kept lower or eliminated but not a big deal.  Done quickly and system works great.  Crawl space is dry as a bone.  I would use them again and recommend them"

"It went well. I am now able to get ice. I answered yes to was money paid or were services performed. The answer isYES the services were performed but NO to money paid."
