"Great from start to finish. Unlike some other bidders, there was no high-pressure salesmanship when we discussed the quote. There was some lag between signing the contract and starting the job but we were well informed ahead of time and project manager Jake Strank kept us in the loop about any schedule changes (there weren't many). The guys were above-and-beyond patient with kids and dogs hovering around the site. They finished the job when they said they would. The house looks beautiful. The quote originally sounded high but when I added it all up--2 or 3 guys per day x more than 2 weeks plus all the extras we wanted--it seemed more reasonable. Thanks Jake & crew! "Built according to contract. Used wolmanized lumber and PVC standards for the support attached to 4x4 blocks of wood. Used 2x6 joist (better than 2x4) with 2x5 side skirting to keep out animals from underneath. Platform used OSB and then trimmed it off with a strip of painted aluminum to protect the edges of the OSB from weathering. The entire was leveled. <br /> Overall, nice job.
