About 13 years ago, while living at our previous residence: JM remodeled and modernized our full Kitchen, two full bathrooms and, after many tries by other contractors, he was able to stop a leak from our roof at no charge. About 10 years ago, at our current residence , JM remodeled and modernized our full kitchen and did a unique job of updating 4 large sliding closet doors. He removed the cheap inserts, and replaced them with 1/4” high quality plywood into the frames. He then, using wood molding, he made the face of the doors look like real wood doors. Doors were stained and look like expensive oak doors! JM comes up with excellent suggestions, alternatives, and expense saving ideas. "I gave this man $3000 which was 33% of the job upfront. Was supposed to give him 33% at the halfway part And 34% upon completion. But when I went to my bathroom and realized you left drugs in my bathroom and I have small children. Not like that 3000 black and small cleaners caught easy and heâ s lucky he hasnâ t been charged with nothing. Only reason that happened is because I wouldnâ t pursue charges. He obviously is a drug addict and has a problem so maybe he should get help Possibly isnâ t the option maybe rehab is. If you paid for supplies, you got ripped off wait 10 years and it will all fall apart charges for certain stuff but buys different stuff so he can use the extra money to pick himself up drugs without nobody noticing, I am so terribly in grief over this. $3000 he ran off with how is Matt doing in business and not in a jail cell"
