"I would highly recommend Precision garage door service (Long Island) to anyone who needs their garage door serviced or needs a new system. They came within 3 hours of my call and Israel, the technician who actually did the work, was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided me three options based on what he saw. Even though it was 20 degrees, Israel completed the job (added a new system) in about 2 hours. He took the time to confirm everything worked, helped me reprogram the system, including my wife's car, and walked me through the smartphone app. VERY PLEASED."

"Durable door replaced the top hinges on our garage door. All seemed to work fine but after 6 weeks the hinges popped off the track again. They came back right away and replaced the hinges with heavy duty ones. The garage door is working fine. There was no extra charge the second trip. Well done."

"Thought we needed a complete door replacement, but Alamo Garage Doors provided an honest assessment that only the opener needed upgrading."

"Alex from A.N. Garage Doors came by yesterday to install 2 garage door openers. First, let me start with his estimate. He arrived at my house and insected my garage door openers. I told him that I wanted/needed to replace my 18 year old garage door openers. I had done a lot of research into what I wanted from my new opener and I mentioned the make and model of the opener that I was about to purchase. Without any pressure he said that my choice was fine, but that I might want to consider a Liftmaster. Although he impressed me with his knowledge, and general care for how my family uses our garage I didn't hire him that day. Instead I researched the Liftmaster line (a professional grade openerâ ¦ which makes a HUGE difference with regard to the rail.) I contacted him a few days later to hire him. He worked with me to schedule the installation at a convenient time. He was very good with keeping me in the loop with regard to the schedule. I felt that he was very respectful of my time. Hiring Alex was a great decision. He was VERY neat with his work. He was meticulous in making sure that everything was installed properly and that the individual garage door remotes were set up in a way that worked best for my family. While he was working, I was thinking that he was treating my house as if it were his own, or even better, as if he was installing the openers for his own family. In a time when many contractors perform shoddy work and then stick out a hand to get paid. Alex is a throwback to a time when contractors really seemed to care about the quality of their work and my home. HIring Alex was a great decision and I HIGHLY recommend him!! Thank you again Alex for your fine work and for recommending (my new toy) the Liftmaster opener."
