"Very well Steve was hardly in the front door and he was checking the outside light discovered what was wrong and made his first repair with minutes. Then he saw the light switch in the kitchen was defective. Checked the new replacement light before going to the local hardware store for a replacement switch. Steve installed the switch and then installed the light/fan very promptly. I'm happy to say we have our handy man going forward."

"Called roofer and received bid in a very timily manner and once I gave him the go ahead he had completed it within about a week. Workmanship appears to be excellent and he even installed a roof vent which was not in the bid at no charge. The price was not the least expensive bid I received but since his ratings were excellent on Angies List I went with him. "It turns out that we needed new gutters because Leaf Guard had not installed the gutters properly in 2005. Not only that they refused to honor their lifetime warrenty. When we called Michael he determined that we had rotten facia and soffets that needed to be repaired. He came out to give us an estimate. He even, at no charge removed the gutters, which could have charged us $427. He also saw that my light post needed work and he cleaned, repaired capped and painted the post. Since we gave him short notice he was still able to work us in. Michael and his crew are very professional, he explained to us in detail what needed to be done and how he would attempt to execute the job. He is very trustworthy and honest. We have great respect for him and his crew."
