He visited my home 3 days later, inspected things, and told me what the approximate cost would be. He and his helper then installed an entire lightning protection system on both my house and a back garage/storage area. He did things exactly as I wanted in every way. Also threw in a free weathervane which increased the beauty of my home. I would have no objection to recommending this gentleman and his company to anyone who is in need of a competently installed lightning protection system for their home/property. "I got several estimates on installing lightning protection on my house. John gave me a very reasonable offer after reviewing my house online. I set up an appointment for him to come by my house and have a look first hand. "You want to get this done?" he asked. "Sure, when can you start?" I replied. "Now". He called in his crew picked up the tools and got to work. I have never seen anybody being that fast, responsive and deliver top notch workmanship. Highly recommend."

Mr. John Sherlock arrived at the time and date specified to give us an estimate.  He returned the following day with his assistant and performed the job in one day.  He installed 26 copper lightning rods on the flat roof of our 7,000 square foot home.  These rods were connected with 500 feet of heavy duty copper cable and were grounded at three points with ground rods going down through the drainpipes into the ground. All parts of the system were securely attached to the roof.  He did a neat job and cleaned up all excess materials.  We were very pleased with the job him did.  Since installation of the lightning rod system we have had no trouble with lightning striking the house or causing power outages or surges.

"The repairs went well and the people they sent were professional and stayed on the job until I was satisfied. Their limits do not cover the cost of major repairs but it is still cheaper than paying the total myself. They are prompt to respond that they are working on my work order. I live in a rural area and they have problems at times finding someone who will work with them in my area. The do offer to allow me to get the repairs done and they will reimburse. The one problem I had that made me unhappy was when my microwave broke they offered very little to replace it. AND, they would not replace it themselves nor do the installation as my contract stated they would."

I wasn't sure this would end up to be a good idea but, it turned out a very pleasant experience. They did it all from start to finish. They spent the first day and a half gathering the trash and debris left by the tenants. They must have pulled four trailers worth of mess out to the dump. Then they went through the whole place; removing nails from the walls, doing the patchwork on the plaster and lathe (where we wanted it repaired and pulled out where we wanted drywall replaced), sanding all the spots and removing the mess. Then they started in with the heavy repairs in the putting in a couple of windows and hanging the drywall where needed, they taped off all the walls, fixtures and windows to ready it for paint. After painting and waiting for it to dry; then they started outside clearing out the brush and debris left behind. They also worked to dress up the yard with great ideas like window boxes and fresh flowers! . They did all the paint work inside the house and finished up by touching up the outside paint. They went back through the house last time and shampooed the carpets, cleaned the stove and fridge, and put fresh new chalk in all the needed spots. I know I may not have all the right terminology but, these folks Really saved the day! When they left the place was spotless and the time and money we spent was well worth giving up the headache of that mess to someone else and finding they'd done a great job! Wonderful!"
