Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"I hired Bob to install a new induction range, replacing a cooktop and cutting some of the stone countertop. He also replaced the existing hood vent with an over-the-range microwave. He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. (Two other people that I spoke with could only do one part of the work and had no idea who could help me with the other parts.) Bob knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He worked with us to figure out how to make it look like everything had originally been installed that way. He showed up on the days he promised and let us know when he was running late (he was only 15 minutes late). "I hired All work to remodel my smaller-ish bathroom, and I am very pleased with hiring them. They have an expert for each part of the project. They have a great sales guy who comes out to your home to give you an estimate then they have a project manager who manages the process then they have an electrician, painter, a plumber and demolition guys, we bought half of the stuff and they provided half of the stuff and then they installed the stuff we bought The communication, quality and timeline was great. Took about two weeks. Since they have an expert for each part, itâ s not just one person who is a jack of all trades and Iâ m not saying thatâ s a bad thing because these jack of all trades people I guess Iâ m not an expert I just want thing but anyways Iâ m saying this because this company was also the most expensive out of the other two or three companies, I Communicated with for an estimate such as thousands of dollars more. I believe in you get what you pay for most of the time so long story short I highly recommend this company but if you are budget conscious and only can stay below 10,000 for example for a bathroom remodel , I donâ t think it would be possible but if you are able to spend a little bit more than you can get it done.
