They didn’t have a crew available on the weekend, but were available on the following Monday. The crew did a great job explaining the problem and finding a solution for me. "Bob Gray and his team at 4-Ever Water-Tite did amazing work on our basement. I fully recommend this company without hesitation for any basement waterproofing, plumbing, or foundation work. The team was extremely knowledgeable and skilled, professional, courteous, and just good people all around. Bob was able to schedule our project in quickly and it was completed within three days. The work that was completed was exceptional, as well as the clean-up. The price was also very reasonable and the work has a lifetime transferable warranty."

"I'm not sure this is the correct place for this review - we did use Benjamin Franklin plumbing, but it was their Howell, MI location. We had an issue with our sump pump and it was right before the major rain/ice storm (of course, Murphy's Law). Benjamin Franklin sent out a plumber the next day, and we were very thankful for this. The plumber that assessed our sump pump issue, Kevin, was very professional and very competent. The only thing is, Benjamin Franklin's pricing is indeed high. With this said, we'll definitely be calling and requesting Kevin for future plumbing issues."

"We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. We highly recommend JAM Home Services for anyone with home repair or improvement project needs!"
