I was charged a total of $257.00; which included $50.00 for the new switch and $200.00 for the labor and diagnosis. The $200.00 labor portion was exorbitant because it took the electrician only 15 minutes to replace the switch. Additionally, the electrician arrived at my home 2 hours later than the time that the appointment was scheduled for."

"They were the only company to respond quickly get me a quote. All the other companies listed near me on angies list were heavily booked or gave me a quote site unseen that I felt was extremely high. Scott came in and inspected the site before hand and gave me a fairly priced quote. We scheduled a date that had to be moved a few times because of weather. That isn't their fault as the install was outside. Eventually we got a good day and Scott came with another tech and got it all wired up and tested quickly.
