Once he got it out and the new one was placed in, we realized the diameter was slightly larger then the old one was. After some maneuvering, it fit perfectly. One of the top supply lines had to be reconfigured, and another challenge was that it was hard to melt the soder to join the pipe together because of the difficulty to see, but Pat nailed it. I called late Friday afternoon. The person I spoke with said they'd get back to me after checking to make sure they had someone available Saturday. I got a timely call back and the appointment was set for 1:30 Saturday. Tom arrived on time and got right to work. He suggested attempting to repair the faucet could save time and money (I had previously replaced the faucet cartridge myself and that didn't help, so I assumed I'd have to get the faucet replaced). Tom disassembled the faucet, went to the store to obtain parts, came back, reassembled and tested the faucet (which now works just fine), all within an hour. I was very impressed, and also felt his bill was very reasonable. I couldn't be happier.
