"After 26 years we knew, the time had come to replace our existing roof. At the recommendation of our neighbor, we placed a call to Brian Fallon at Trenton Roofing. At our home visit/evaluation Brian thoroughly explained the roofing process and within a few days submitted an estimate for the work we had discussed. In October of 2020 we signed the contracts and were given an estimated installation date. Brian kept us informed of the material availability and the anticipated date of install. In January of 2021 we received notification that Trenton Roofing had received all materials for our job and the work was scheduled. The day of the install the Trenton Roofing crew arrived promptly and within one day the entire process was complete. The crew was amazing – they were careful, efficient and their workmanship superior. Our yard was meticulously checked and cleared of all debris. We were so impressed with the roof install that we decided to engage Trenton Roofing for window replacement. In March of 2021 Brian Fallon along with Robert the window installer, visited our home to measure all existing windows. Once again within a few days we had an estimate for the new windows and installation. We were told from the start that our order would take between 8-12 weeks and installation would take approximately 3 days. We were delighted when windows arrived at the two-month mark and installation was scheduled. On the day of installation Robert and his team arrived promptly and went straight to work. Within 2.5 days Robert had completed the removal and installation of 25 windows. His work - sheer perfection! Robert is truly a master craftsman you would never even know that the new windows were not the existing ones in the home. His careful and precise work left the original window framework completely intact. Words cannot describe how thoroughly delighted we are in the finished product. "Prior to the roof being replace I had several leaks. They were very professional... took the time to help me understand what work was being done and was very patient answering questions. Quality of work was phenomenal. Work was done very quickly and my home was left clean. After my roof was complete I received aerial photos in the mail on a flashdrive for myself and an extra for a friend. Overall a great experience."

"Shortly after I posted my review And heard what I had to say, And then in an effort to make things correct because my feeling was that the person was trying to nickel and they offered to refund half the cost which I declined to go that far I did ask for a partial refund but not the level of half can make fair for them and to keep with average cost for such project. And highly recommend them. And I would recommend them. The company contacted me and they made the situation right. On the positive side, they contacted me and scheduled someone to come out quickly. I explained what I needed, which was replacement of a chimney rain cap. I was told the fee for someone to come out and inspect. I asked if that would go towards services, should I have chosen them and was told yes. The technician came out and wanted to do an inspection, which was fine - because one never knows. He was very pleasant - and used a drone to take pictures of the chimney. The company contacted me and they made the situation right. On the not-so-positive side, he kept trying to up-sell. I told him I only wanted the rain cap to keep rain out, because we plan to get rid of the chimney in year or two. He kept trying to tell me I needed it - even after I explained that the chimney is only for the current water heater, which we will replace with a tankless heater. He wanted to do the masonry and to install a second one, though it wasn't essential. He suggested the nice rain cap. We spent a lot of time talking about why I didn't need it. Then we get to the price... the initial price was ridiculously high. Beyond the range my research showed, so I said no. He offered 2, but still very high and I said no - only for what I asked for. Then he asked which one I wanted replaced and I said the one that is missing. Initially, when he thought he was getting $1000 out of me, he said the fee for inspection was waved. When it was just the 1 cap he said he would charge a lower rate. Thinking back, I should have seen those as warnings and gone elsewhere. But, I was worried about water damage and went against my normal rule. Get 3 quotes and then decide."

"Russell Roofing came out to look at roof where leaking and took a month to get a quote - got a quote for a full roof replacement that was really high (more than $16k for 800 sf flat roof). I requested a cost breakdown and to see if quote could be adjusted based on only the services we needed and never got a response back. The person also recommended a black roof but Phila code requires reflective roof."
