And then suggested system replacement due to cost of repair, age of system, & availability of future parts... Opted for system replacement, over repair... Comfort Advisor (Joseph Kansco) was also knowledgeable, as well... And guided us through the process of selecting a quality/best value system that best fit our needs... While, at a week in, I am well satisfied w/ the product & the quality of work, I did not provide a "5-Star" rating because, both the pricing of the repair & the pricing of the system replacement seem a bit high...
