"I had a kitchen drain clog that extended farther out into the pipe. Because my home is over 60 yrs old I wanted a good company with yrs of experience. I researched plumbing companies to insure they were licensed & insured. I also browsed customer reviews. Atomic was my first choice. I contacted Atomic customer service to schedule an appt. The rep informed me there is an additional charge of $125 for locations across the water from their VA Beach location. I did go back to look at other companies closer but eventually scheduled with Atomic. My experience with Atomic was professional from scheduling through job completion. I was notified of the tech’s identity and when he was on his way. The tech provided several options and costs to do the work after he completed his inspection. I was pleased with Atomic’s services and would recommend them."

"BLUF: Extremely professional, detail-driven, highly recommend, intend to use again. Lost one star on overall grade due to lack of subcontractor control. *Edited to give the star back because of how quickly Worleys made things right. Work completed: Backed up drain cleaned out then scoped, revealed bellied pipes, required 150 ft of sewer pipe replacement (to include going through the slab for access), adding gravel under the pipe, and French drain installation near the sewer pipe to prevent recurrence. Worleys caught the root cause of our problems, which at least 4 other local plumbing companies missed. What impressed us is they hold a professionalism/technical standard higher than state requirements. They went the extra mile in many ways; even saved my more expensive landscaping plants and did not have to. The sub-contractor was just okay, we ran into a couple quality control issues there. "I called Mike after one of the boards from the gable came off during a storm and noticed the others looked to be in bad shape as well. Mike was very able to give us an estimate from a picture I emailed him and said he would check the boards on the other side of the house when he came out. We ultimately ended up deciding to replace the slats on both ends of the house the day work was to begin. The crew removed all the old wood and cut the new boards to match the size of the old slats. They then painted, caulked and also replaced the screen located behind the slats. The weather was not cooperating the first day and it started to rain after the slats were down, but they made sure the house was properly protected till work could resume. They also worked late when they returned to finish up the bulk of the job. Mike and his guys were all friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and quick to address any concerns I had- they really want a person to be happy with the end result. We were very pleased with quality of the work and would hire again."
